Booking & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

This booking fee:

• Reserves your dedicated appointment time

• Covers consultation time and administrative preparation

• Applies toward the total cost of your service

Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, the booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. Clients may reschedule their appointment one (1) time with proper notice.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to move your appointment.

• Rescheduling is permitted one time only.

• Additional reschedules will require a new booking fee.

If proper notice is not given, the booking fee will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

• Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice):

The booking fee remains non-refundable.

• Same-day cancellations:

The client will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

• No-shows:

Treated as same-day cancellations and charged in full.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will forfeit their booking fee.
